Mediocre...I think not

Mediocre is just not my style. 

Our market shift has buyers' mindsets turned sideways a tad. There are not as many options to choose from and the asking price is generally the sales price. Over 60% of my buyers are experiencing competition with other buyers when presenting offers. 

Does your agent prepare your offer package with a cover letter and comparable homes as justification to your offer price?

Does your agent have you write a letter to the sellers to express your sincere interest in the property encouraging them to PICK YOU? 

Do you know EXACTLY where you want to live? If so...has your agent sent a custom mailing out to homeowners in that neighborhood to let them know you want to purchase a home in there?
